Fritz Haag Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr Riesling Auslese
An exceptionally beautiful sweet Riesling which is light in alcohol but rich in absolutely everything else. Medium-bodied with a wonderful sweetness that is not sugary, this wine has a lively acidity which makes a quite refreshing Riesling. Lots of prominent minerality with a touch of honey and some wet stone. On the palate there is lots of apricot, peach and apple followed by some citrus fruit and grapefruit. At 7.5% ABV this is a light but very rich and elegant wine that exudes class.
