A medium-bodied, ultra-premium Chablis Grand Cru. Dry with a refreshing zippy acidity. Showing great minerality with notes of wet stone and some honey. The wine then opens up with notes of green apple, melon and pear. Some citrus fruit follows – think lemon, grapefruit and a touch of lime zest.
