One of our best-selling New Zealand Sauvignon Blancs – Walnut Block Collectables Sauvignon shows a more refined style. Some elderflower and grassiness add a mellowed finesse to the crisp apple notes and tropical fruit nuances. Some passion fruit and lime influences on the palate. The Pinot Noir shows lots of jammy red fruit – especially strawberry – on the nose while there is some spice on a wonderfully soft and light palate.
