“A very exciting time for me! This is blended with 4 different apple varieties from fresh pressed apples. It is a blend of Bramley, Elstar, Dabinette and Michellin. The Bramley gives the acidic backbone to this cider, the Elstar gives the signature flavour, the Dabinette is for the tannic balance which softenes the acidicy and balances the flavour. Michellin gives the smoothness, almost like a vanilla flavour.”
