Bernard Defaix Bourgogne Chardonnay
Medium to full-bodied, this Chardonnay is a real winner. Presenting a well-balanced acidity this wine is racy and zippy without being extreme. Primary notes of green tree fruit like apple and pear with a touch of apricot, the wine has a wonderful earthy backbone. Notes of honey, wet stone and a wonderful minerality followed by subtle hints of citrus fruit and lemon zest.
