Clos de Caveau Fruit Sauvage

Young garnet colour. Nose is in agreement with classic red and black fruits of blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry, blueberry with very noble notes of bramble, undergrowth, grey pepper ending with a beautiful minty freshness. The palate is consistent, very fresh and dynamic, lively, on the same gourmet black fruits accompanied by exotic nuances of ripe citrus fruits and sweet spices.
