Colle Steffano Verdicchio di Matelica
A light and luminous straw yellow, as always, the aromas are very refined, and will unfold over time, with notes of fern, aniseed, and cardamom, against a cedar background. The palate is slightly fuller than usual, while maintaining the energy and dynamism that are a hallmark of this wine. The finish, fresh and very long, alternates between notes of cedar, cardamom, and a hint of green pepper, reminiscent of the great Grüner Veltliners of the Wachau.
