Matured in Bourbon casks. This small batch release of Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey by Dingle is the final release in this series. Matured exclusively in Bourbon casks; this release gives a sense of the unique flavour profile of Dingle Whiskey; which has been achieved through a meticulous approach to the art of distillation. Tones of coconut and a salted caramel are followed by flaked almonds., white chocolate and marzipan with a traditional Pot Still herbal spice. This warm and soothing finish is the perfect culmination for this whiskey and the Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey series.
