This small batch release single pot still Irish whiskey has come into being through the marriage of carefully selected casks. It is full of spice and quite sweet on the nose. The pot still oils carry a lively mix of rich sweetness and peppery spice. These rich spry flavours bristle across the tongue, dark chocolate, dried fruits, some biscuit and some hints of ginger, raisins and salted caramel and last on the palate long after the liquid is gone.
