Matured exclusively in Tawny Port Casks, this is a unique expression of the interaction between Single Malt spirit and fortified wine. The influence of the Port casks delivers a wonderful intensity, releasing aromas of thick cut marmalade, butterscotch, and crystallised ginger. An elegant taste of full-on fruit and spice with hints of crushed cranberries and dark chocolate brings a lively finish of ginger spice and honeyed dates to a subtle lengthening sweetness.
