Drumshanbo Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey Tawny Port Cask

Distilled with care at The Shed Distillery, this exceptional 7-year-old Irish Whiskey is triple-distilled using malted and unmalted Irish barley and unique Irish Barra oats. Maturing in exquisite Tawny Port casks since 2018, a distinctive character and depth of taste has gradually evolved over the last 7 years, perfected under the guidance of Head Distiller Brian Taft.

A warm aroma of almonds and walnuts with deeper undernotes of red fruits and toffee. Ripe summer cherries, apricots and creme brulee swirl with a subtle pot spice. The delectable tawny port flows deliciously in the background from the very first sip. Lingering pot spices descend with the subtle sweetness of nougat and candied fruits, balanced by a creamy velvet mouthfeel.
