This lighter session ale is best served at a lower temperature, from 8-12°C. As with all our beers, the bottles will contain a yeast sediment which is a by-product of the bottle conditioning process. This sediment is completely harmless and fine to drink, but if you prefer a clearer beer then leave the last drop in the bottle.   

Comeragh Challenger is listed in the Coeliac Society of Ireland Food List as a coeliac-friendly beer.”
