“A true American classic, this Pale Ale is a testament to the Cascade hop in all its glory. We single-hop it for that iconic West Coast citrus punch, then dry-hop it again for an explosion of fresh hop aroma. First brewed in summer 2014, it’s now a year-round favorite, ready to enjoy in keg or bottle.

Zesty citrus notes lead the way, followed by a wave of sweeter toffee and marmalade maltiness. The dry-hopping process adds a unique depth of flavor, enhancing the hop character without adding bitterness. It’s a balanced, unbitter beer that’s perfect for any occasion.

Best served lightly chilled from 8-12°C. As with all our beers, the bottles will contain a yeast sediment which is a by-product of the bottle conditioning process. This sediment is completely harmless and fine to drink, but if you prefer a clearer beer then leave the last drop in the bottle.”
