A decadent blend of single malt and single grain IrIsh whiskey, each aged for no less than 10 years, married together and finished in XO Cognac casks.
Floral grains, honey and dried apricot before revealing a hint of vanilla. Light wafers, new leather, sultanas and almond. Touches of ginger-infused chocolate, and zesty fruits. Long and gentle, with ginger re-emerging alongside lemon zest and a hint of liquorice on the finish.
