One of only 300 bottles released, this whiskey has been matured exclusively in single fill Bourbon barrels for a minimum of 19 years. On the nose there are intense notes of summer cereals, honey and ripe yellow fruit with some creamy oak. Sweet notes on the palate develop to apricot and apple with a layer of cinnamon. Long finish with some popcorn hints and lingering juicy fruit.
