Pouring a rich straw-gold colour, this medium-bodied white is bone dry and has a well-balanced acidity. Notes of citrus fruit like lemons and limes are paired with some green apple and apricot. Some honey on the finish and a nice mineral backbone which allows the fruit to shine through in a more elegant manner.
