Louis Jadot Chablis

Pouring a warm golden colour, this is a fantastic Chablis. Made from 100% Chardonnay. This is a medium-bodied white and is very dry. Showing a lively acidity which offers a clean freshness, this wine shows lots of lemon and lime notes with some green apple. A strong mineral backbone with hints of honey gives this wine a long, persistent finish.
