Made with Irish Whiskeys distilled from 100% malted barley, matured and finished in casks that impart the influence of five wine casks (Virgin American Oak, Ruby Port, Caravelos White Port, Madeira, and Bourbon). This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavour profile that is complex, yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavour.

Vibrant fruity aroma, with tropical melon notes, and hints of chocolate. A smooth start develops into a full bouquet of fruit flavours, with bitter-sweet chocolate and soft spice and mixed berries. A luxurious length, with hints of oak and lingering tropical passionfruit to finish.

Nose: Tropical fruits with some carmelised sugar, oak, spice and ginger.

Palate: Chocolate, mixed berries and some orchard fruits.

Finish: Luxurious and long with hints of passionfruit and pineapple.
