This Malbec, harvested at full maturity, is a rich, powerful, and concentrated grape variety. Full of vigour, it’s a rich red wine. Low yields, a long, traditional vinification process, and careful temperature control give it a deep black colour with purplish highlights, an intense and fruity nose, complex with notes of red berries and forest undergrowth, and a generous, powerful, and intense palate. It will perfectly complement tapas.
